2. Where you want to be. Your targets, written down. Every target figure comes from you.
3. The steps. In order, each one matched to a Digital Works service or to work your own team can do.
4. A dated checkpoint for each step. One checkpoint you can measure, and a date, for every step, so you can see each one move.
5. A working session. We go through the roadmap with you and agree it together.

Quarterly reviews

Quarterly roadmap reviews can be added. Every quarter, we check each checkpoint against its date and update the next steps. You see what moved, what did not, and why.

Where it sits

The roadmap sets the order for everything else. It shows which services you need, which you do not, and which to start first. It is our premium service, so it sits at the top of our prices.
